To reduce cost to the patient, we will file both primary and secondary insurance, if available, on your behalf. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment and often reimbursement from insurance carriers is delayed. We thus ask for payment of your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are provided.
We accept most major insurances, PPO, PDP, anyone else who is open to paying out of network for PPO providers (patient with Community Health Plan who is willing to pay in/out of network). We don't accept Department of Social & Health Services, HMO or Delta care patients who are assigned to a specific provider, Molina or obama care. We do accept Molina but ONLY if it's affiliated with AVESIS.
Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.
